Registration and conference fees *)

Early Bird Registration Fees until March 27, 2017 (extended)

Regular fees  until March 27

  • 290 euros – main conference 25-27 April 2017, coffee, lunches (excluding conference dinner Wednesday 26 April)
  • 380 euros – main conference 25-27 April 2017, coffee, lunches (including conference dinner Wednesday 26 April)
  • 190 euros – one day conference (Wednesday, Thursday or Friday) excluding conference dinner
  • 280 euros – one day conference (Wednesday, Thursday or Friday) including conference dinner

Regular Registration Fees as from March 28, 2017

  • 390 euros – main conference 25-27 April 2017, coffee, lunches (excluding conference dinner Wednesday 26 April)
  • 480 euros – main conference 25-27 April 2017, coffee, lunches (including conference dinner Wednesday 26 April)
  • 210 euros – one day conference (Wednesday, Thursday or Friday) excluding conference dinner
  • 310 euros – one day conference (Wednesday, Thursday or Friday) including conference dinner

All fees exclude VAT (VAT 0 %).

*) Registration fees apply only to those who are not members of the COST IS1304 network or whose participation is supported by the network.

Instructions and terms

Payment methods

  • On-line secured credit card payment with one of the following cards: VISA, Mastercard or American Express through NETs credit card service company.
  • Offline payment by bank transfer to the Aalto University Foundation. IMPORTANT – make sure that the reference number appears on the reference field and your name on the message field of the bank transfer.
  • Should you need an invoice from Aalto University, choose Offline payment by bank transfer and write your complete invoice address and reference  information in the text field “Additional informartion”.
  • Online bank through Finnish banks (requires Finnish bank account – Danske Bank/Nordea/Osuuspankki/Aktia)
  • Invoice  – internal invoice only for Aalto University employees – at Payer Details, enter the institution/project code and PO.Box address of the paying project

Cancellations of registration

Cancellations should be done by email to the event organizer innoconference@aalto.fi

For cancellations made before March 25 100 % of the fees will be refunded. For cancellations made between March 26 and April 18, 50 % of the fees will be refunded. No fees will be refunded for cancellations made after April 18. A processing fee of 50 € will be deducted from all refunds.  Reimbursement will not be given for late arrival, unused services, unattended events or early departure from the congress. Replacement of participant is accepted within the same organization.
